Our website is open as normal and you can choose and buy a beautiful rug at your convenience.
We are a 2-person online business based in Marrakech without a showroom. And we currently have very limited contact with others. Our rugs are kept in a storeroom that has been cleaned. We wash our hands and disinfect the area where we wrap and handle our rugs. And we routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
As we are mostly an online business we don’t handle a lot of cash.
All rugs are wrapped in new paper and wrapping materials that we will. Then wipe down with rubbing alcohol for maximum hygiene. We suggest you unwrap your rug and discard the wrapping, then wash your hands.
We use reputable couriers who follow the Government’s advice on safe delivery and safe distancing: When collecting an items from our premises, the courier keeps at a distance of 2m from us; our couriers have put in place options that mean you don’t need to make personal physical contact when receiving your parcel, and you will have your parcel left in a safe place or right on your doorstep with no need to touch-sign for it. Couriers should maintaining a minimum distance of 2 metres when delivering your package
Delivery will probably take a little longer than usual but we will give you a tracking number and you can follow the progress of your rug
