SITE TRANSACTIONS
When you are placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase a product/Service on and subject to the following terms of sale. All orders could be subject to availability. Availability of the product may accordingly affect dispatch times. Once your order is accepted, we will confirm your order via email/or text message. When you place an order, you abide by providing correct and true information that are accurate and complete. In order to place an order you must be an authorized user of the credit/debit card used to place the order in question and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product ordered. Your credit/debit card will be charged before the products are shipped to you. If for any reason we are unable to ship the products as per your order, you will be informed via email and a refund will be processed. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx International Air

If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged where applicable. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by marrakechrug and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law. As for Duties, they do not apply to for shipments to the USA. Outside the USA, ALL destinations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in your final purchase price.

Transportation Damage
If a product is harmed during the delivery you need to immediately notify us via [email protected]. When you receive an item, inspect the package carefully before you accept the product. If there is any visible transportation damage, the easiest is to tell this directly to the driver. Ask the driver for a notation on your copy of the waybill.
